Alison Arechaederra
Client Relations Manager

Since starting at Paragon in 2013 as an intern Alison quickly mastered her knowledge of QuickBooks, standard monthly accounting functions and year-end closing procedures, which moved her up to staff accountant.

Now, as the client relations manager, she not only maintains her staff accounting duties, but ensures that our clients are always satisfied. As the first point of contact in our office, she manages scheduling appointments and daily office activity. Alison’s can-do attitude helps keep the office positive and flowing smoothly.

As a recent graduate from San Diego State University with degrees in Economics, she is planning to study for the CFP (Certified Financial Planner) Exam in efforts to manage the Financial Planning needs of our clients at Paragon.

In her free time, Alison likes to bake and cook for friends and family, and attend local concerts. Born in Los Angeles, she has called beautiful San Diego home since the age of six.

Kerrie Arechaederra
Senior Staff Accountant

Kerrie as Paragon’s newest Staff Accountant, has over 20 plus years experience managing clients books and inventory control. Now that her children are grown, Kerrie is enjoying working at with Paragon Accountants where she is broadening her exposure to multiple industries.

Kerrie was born and raised in the Los Angeles area, but San Diego has now been her home for 18 years. Kerrie along with her husband, serve on the San Diego State University Parent’s Advisory Board in their continued interest in children education. In Kerrie’s spare time, she enjoys various hobbies, volunteering and SDSU basketball and football games.

Emerald Green
Office Manager & Human Resources

Emerald Green leads our front desk with over eleven years of office management and executive assistant experience. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from San Diego State University, and is currently enrolled in the University of Phoenix Master’s Business Program.
When she is not busy keeping Paragon’s office running smoothly, this San Diego native teaches ballet and loves going to the beach with her dog Sokka.

Oliver Ng
Staff Accountant

Oliver, the latest edition to the Paragon team, works as one of the Staff Accountants. Accompanying his standard Staff Accountant responsibilities, such as preparing month end financial reports, Oliver also assists in tax preparation throughout the year. In addition, Oliver is constantly researching federal and state laws that may affect tax and accounting, making sure Paragon’s clients have a full view and understanding of any new situations they come across. Lastly, Oliver heads Paragon’s social media, marketing accounting to daily aspects of people’s lives.

Oliver is currently enrolled in the BMACC 4+1 program at San Diego State University, where he will soon graduate with his bachelor’s and master’s in Accountancy with a specialization in taxation. Upon graduation, Oliver plans to sit for the CPA exam.

Despite spending most of his childhood in the Bay Area and Hong Kong, Oliver has fallen in love with San Diego and has made it his new home. Outside the office, Oliver enjoys exploring the outdoors, whether it’s a hike through the mountains or a swim in the ocean. As well, adventure never fails him. He is exhilarated by travelling to new places and exploring different cultures. Really, Oliver looks forward to anything new; be it food, places, or people.
